America’s Property Services (formerly known as American Rain Gutter) has been owned and operated by Leonard Hernandez for the past 36 years. We are based out of Riverside, California and service all surrounding areas. Leonard and Shaun Hernandez have joined forces to turn American Rain Gutter into APS, in order to offer more services, manage business growth, and gain a fresh business perspective!
We specialize in the installation, cleaning, and maintenance of all types of seamless rain gutters, including copper and aluminum. Leaf guards and rain chains are some accessories we offer that make us stand out.
